AI ENGINEER- MIDDLE/SENIOR

Design, build, and ship AI/ML features end-to-end; from prototyping and model selection through API development to production deployment.
Integrate LLMs, computer vision models, generative AI, and classical ML approaches into the platform where each fits best.
Build robust, scalable backend services to serve AI features. Our current stack leans Node.js and Go, but we’re pragmatic, use what works.
Design APIs and data pipelines that connect AI services with the rest of the platform (storefront, orders, fulfillment, payments).
Collaborate with product, BA, and frontend teams to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions for AI capabilities, with clear reasoning on cost, latency, quality, and control trade-offs.
Monitor model performance in production, set up evaluation frameworks, and iterate based on real usage data

Must-Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from HUST, PTIT, VNU, FPT, UTC, …
3+ years in software engineering, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on work building AI/ML-powered features in production (not just notebooks or POCs).
Solid experience in at least one AI domain: LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agent frameworks) or computer vision (detection, segmentation, generation), or both.
Strong programming skills in Python. Willingness to work across languages matters more than any specific stack.
Understanding of ML fundamentals: when to use what, how to evaluate model performance, and how to reason about trade-offs between accuracy, latency, and cost.
Experience building and deploying APIs/services that serve ML models or AI features at production scale.
Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent) for ML workloads, model serving, GPU instances, vector databases, etc.
Strong autonomy. You can take a vaguely defined problem, research approaches, propose a solution, and build it without hand-holding.

Nice-to-Have

Backend engineering experience with Node.js, Go, or similar, especially building microservices, event-driven systems, or high-throughput APIs.
Experience with e-commerce, marketplace, or SaaS platforms.
Experience with MLOps: model versioning, A/B testing, monitoring pipelines, automated retraining.
Exposure to NLP beyond LLMs: search/ranking, recommendation systems, text classification.
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research.

Salary upto 2000$.
