BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads through various channels and networks.
  • Manage leads from marketing efforts and work closely with the sales and product teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Work directly with clients to clarify requirements, present solutions, and negotiate deals
  •  Maintain positive relationships with customers throughout and after project completion. Manage cash flow.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to explore and expand into new markets.
  • Documentation: Prepare contracts and sales-related documents for each project.
  • Team Support: Assist the Development Team with customer communications as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 year of sales experience (BD, account manager) in IT outsourcing or the IT field in , with experience in Ecommerce and AI solutions being a plus.
  • Bidding Knowledge: Understanding of the global project bidding process.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Attributes: Patient, hard-working, and eager to learn.
