1. Job Description
- Identify and approach potential customers through online channels (social media, communities, events, etc.)
- Develop and execute outreach and communication plans to introduce and consult services to clients
- Present, consult, close deals, and maintain post-sales customer relationships
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers across multiple platforms (Zalo, Telegram, etc.)
- Update customer data, track sales pipeline, and prepare periodic reports on CRM systems
- Propose improvements and initiatives to enhance work efficiency and business outcomes
- Support other tasks assigned by the team leader
2. Requirements
- Female, from 22 years old
- English proficiency: IELTS 6.0+ or TOEIC 700+
- Strong communication skills
- Preferably having skills in content writing, personal branding, and visual content creation
- Available for full-time internship
